1. Scope

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through our online store.
2. The term “customer” refers to both consumers and business customers.
3. A consumer is a natural person acting for private purposes. A business customer acts in the course of a trade, business, or profession.

3. Offers and Prices

1. All prices shown include VAT.
2. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
3. We reserve the right to change prices and offers.
4. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

4. Formation of the Agreement

1. The products displayed on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer.
2. By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase.
3. The agreement is concluded once we confirm the order by email.

5. Payment

1. Payment can be made using the available payment methods, such as:
   • PayPal
   • iDeal / WERO
   • Sofort Banking
   • KBC/CBC
   • Giropay
   • Klarna (pay later)
   • Bank transfer
2. Orders are shipped after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
2. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
3. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are received by the customer or a designated third party.
4. If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer and the parcel is returned, we may charge the resulting costs.
5. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any payments will be refunded.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

• Netherlands: €5.95
• Germany: €8.95
• Belgium: €8.95
• France: €17.95
• Luxembourg: €12.95

These rates include VAT and apply per order, regardless of the number of items.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. After cancellation, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email.

What happens in case of withdrawal?

• We will refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Return costs

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or cut fabrics
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
• products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

9. Warranty and Conformity

1. We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable expectations.
2. The statutory warranty applies.
3. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, washing, cutting, or modification of the product.

10. Color and Material Variations

1. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
2. Minor differences in color or texture may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3. We recommend ordering a sample if in doubt.

11. Complaints Procedure

2. We will respond within 14 days after receiving the complaint.
3. If more time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.

12. Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, etc.) is the property of the seller and may not be used without permission.

15. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
